Rice Pilaf
1 Cup brown rice
2 1/4 cup water
2 chicken bouillon cubes
3 TBS minced dry onion
Add all ingredients and bring to a boil. Lower heat and cover. Let simmer for 25 minutes or until rice is cooked.
Makes 4 servings 3 points per serving
Good with grilled chicken and vegtables.
